With over a decade of specialised experience in workplace risk management, James has designed and facilitated risk management and compliance programmes at operational and executive levels for government and corporate entities across Australia.
He has provided advice on risk, governance and WHS management to organisations in State and Local Government, mining services, not for profit and the indigenous affairs sectors. Throughout this work James has honed the ability to tailor solutions that respond directly to the sector-specific needs and workplace culture of the organisations he advises.
The scope of risk management work James has been involved in includes bespoke risk management workshops, enterprise risk assessments, governance frameworks, policy implementation and compliance training.
James has a passion for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander Affairs, and continues to be an active ally and advisor to first nations communities. He serves as the Chair and a Board Member on a number of for purpose sector boards as well as Audit and Risk Committees.
