Since joining Bellrock in 2017 Matthew has led advisory services and insurance placement for some of Bellrock’s largest clients. Central to his approach is the genuine partnership provided to those he advises, evidenced by the long standing relationships he cultivates.
After starting his career in finance for a global insurance intermediary in 2005, Matt knew he wanted to be on the ‘frontline’ of the industry and successfully made the transition to advisory and risk management in 2009.
Backed by broad technical knowledge of the insurance industry built over 20+ years, Matt specialises in risk across manufacturing, medical, franchisors and not for profit organisations.
In assessing the risk profile of his clients, Matt takes a holistic approach which considers, in detail, the operations and goals of each business, applying his knowledge of relevant market trends and emerging risks to deliver truly bespoke risk management programmes.
As a Bellrock Practice Leader, Matt is known for his calm, genial demeanour which belies the tenacity and meticulous attention to detail which he fosters within his team.
