Nina is an accomplished executive with proven expertise in risk, compliance, and culture leadership within the insurance industry.
As Chief Culture Officer at Bellrock, Nina leads both the Risk & Compliance and Culture division, overseeing the firm’s governance, regulatory frameworks, and people strategy. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring robust compliance standards while fostering a values-driven workplace culture that empowers employees to achieve their best and support Bellrock’s long-term success.
As a Chartered Accountant, Nina began her professional journey in 2011 as an external auditor with KPMG Sydney, working with major insurance clients including Allianz, Suncorp, and QBE. In 2015, she undertook an international secondment to KPMG New York, gaining valuable experience in data & analytics, automation, and risk mitigation strategies for member firms globally.
On her return to Australia in 2018, Nina was appointed Senior Compliance Manager at an Industry Superannuation Fund, where she successfully embedded a strong risk and compliance culture to safeguard the fund’s operations.
Since joining Bellrock in 2023, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s risk management and compliance strategies, while now extending her leadership to building a high-performing Culture division that aligns our people with Bellrock values and growth trajectory.
