Tim is a seasoned insurance professional with hands on risk advisory experience across a range of industries including construction, property, real estate, manufacturing and food & beverage. Tim began his career in workers compensation at a leading firm, where he developed a strong foundation in claims management and injury management. He then took on a specialist role with the NSW Police as an Injury Management Advisor, working within a complex, high-risk workforce.
Pursuing further technical knowledge in risk and insurance, Tim held key roles in large global insurance intermediaries, initially working within the workplace risk team, before moving on to the real estate sector as NSW Team Leader.
Later, Tim went on to expand his knowledge of the construction sector, managing insurance programmes for some of Australia’s largest residential builders. His technical understanding of construction-related risks and builder-specific insurance requirements made him a trusted advisor to clients operating in high-risk environments.
As a Senior Advisor at Bellrock, Tim provides strategic advice and manages complex insurance programmes across diverse industries. Driven by a client-centric approach and passion for delivering value beyond the policy, Tim leverages his technical insurance expertise with hands-on industry insight to support risk mitigation, claims outcomes, and business resilience.
