Tessa joined Bellrock in 2020 quickly becoming indispensable within the operations team as the first face of the business at our Sydney Head office. Her passion for service excellence soon saw her expand her role to advisory support where she began building her knowledge of risk management and insurance across our client base including manufacturing, medical, franchisor, and not-for-profit organisations.
Tessa has continued to build her technical expertise, under the tutelage of Bellrock Practice Leaders, attaining her tier 1 and tier 2 qualifications, and gaining further hands on experience in her current role as Advisor within our Corporate & Multinational Risk Team.
Tessa was recognised as a future leader by the insurance market being selected for the prestigious Liberty Sunrise Series in 2024.
Tessa is now located in her home town of Perth, where she has provided invaluable support in establishing Bellrock’s office in Western Australia, continuing to share her trademark positivity and proactive approach with our team nationally.
