Alex Cox has assumed responsibility for the territory. An insurance professional with over 15 years’ experience, Alex has worked in the London and Australian (Perth) insurance markets. In his previous roles with global intermediaries Alex advised top tier multi-national clients. He has led construction advisory teams, mentoring those he was responsible for to the very highest standard of professional excellence.
Alex has a deep understanding of the unique business environment and risk landscape in Western Australia. He is passionate about his clients: always seeking to empower their decision making backed by a pragmatic, commercial and robust risk transfer programme.

Alex will initially lead a Team comprising Luke Juniper and Tessa Zaikos. Luke Juniper joined Bellrock on 31 March 2025. A Perth native with 15 years’ advisory experience, Luke has represented emerging and established businesses across various industries. He has a strong following in the Perth and national Australian insurance market.
Tessa Zaikos returned home to Perth earlier in 2025 following five years in Sydney. During that time, she progressed from front-of-house duties to Bellrock’s Risk Advisory Team. She earned advisory qualifications, established a loyal client base, and the support of key insurance markets. The epicentre of Bellrock’s culture, Tessa was charged to deliver key projects, most saliently, establishing the Perth office.
Existing, and prospective Western Australian clients, will benefit from Alex’s leadership and expertise, complemented by Luke’s experience in the Perth insurance market and Tessa’s intimate understanding of the “Bellrock methodology”.
Bellrock CEO Marc Chiarella pioneered Bellrock’s unique methodology of holistic risk advisory and advocacy. The methodology emphasises people at its core.
